About Band
The Blackest Grey is a young tech-metalcore band hailing from the north of the Netherlands. Since its establishment in 2003, the band has been gradually developing an unique sound of their own, incorporating elements from different styles within extreme music, reaching from hardcore to death- and thrash metal. Nowadays, The Blackest grey’s music can be best described as technical metalcore. Aggressive thrash riffing, Swedish-sounding melodies, brutal breakdowns and dissonant parts are forged into powerful and dynamic song structures. With their MCD in their pocket and a new drummer among their ranks, The Blackest Grey is ready to further establish a solid live reputation by playing their asses off whenever they can! The Blackest Grey has had the honour to share the stage with bands such as Textures (nl), Madball (usa), Dr Doom (nl), Necrophagist (de), Origin (usa), Misery index (usa), 37 Stabwoundz (nl) and Miscreants (nl).
