 Whats goin on world, we are Gutta Fresh a.k.a. the caucasian rap phenomenon,

If you are just now discovering Gutta Fresh Music, im sure your wondering how and why this group got together and where the band name comes from. We would prefer that you let the music tell the story behind the group forming and creating our music, but heres the short version to get you caught up.

Gutta Fresh consists of 3 talented artists that reside in Tallahassee,Florida

T-Quap..... Zach "T-Quap" Moretz is an outstandingly gifted and versatile musician with a career in music that has undoubtedly earned him his stripes in the music game. Quap writes and records vocals, produces, mixes, and masters every gutta fresh track himself, in his private home studio (The Chocolate Factory),  here in Tallahassee,Fl . The same studio in which he creates the rich and vibrant instrumentals you hear behind every Gutta Fresh Track. Quap's roots in the music game run much deeper than hip hop, Prior to Gutta Fresh forming in March of 2009, Quap was a member of a popular local indie rock band known as Chocolate. Even before Chocolate, he played lead guitar and sang vocals for a punk rock band out of his native West Palm Beach,Fl. His masterful training in classical piano shines thru every gutta fresh track to entangle and manipulate the emotions of the listener in ways they never thought hip hop music was able to. This provides the "fresh" aspect to Gutta Fresh.

"Samue L" .....SamueL San Miguel is the sometimes rough and real lyricist, sometimes smooth and soulful singer, that gives Gutta Fresh it's "feel good" sound, that has captivated audiences and listeners since he came to the band on his debut track ( the smash single- "Everyday"). It was with that track that SamueL demonstrated his unmatched determination and skill by writing and recording the track's hook and his verse, immedietly after hearing the instrumental. Soon after the release of "Everyday" the band wasted no time getting their music out into the streets, and was booked for several live shows in the following weeks. The band had a one week deadline to create enough songs to fill thier set list. SamueL paved the way to the creation of the band's first promotional demo package by creating the theme and chorus to each of the four tracks entitled ( Heaven or Hell, Bouncin That Ass, Everyday, and Galaxies) which are all available for FREE download at: http://www.limelinx.com/files/e344526d06f2b2d563a85d2710afcc45. Anyone who has been to a gutta fresh show will tell you that SamueL harnesses the power to hype and entertain the crowd from the moment he steps on stage. Whether it's with his soothing voice or lyrical storm, SamueL is sure to captivate and entertain audiences everywhere.

"Buckshot"....Jake "Buckshot" Buck is the third and final member of the Gutta Fresh team. Buckshot packs a powerful voice with verses that are impossible to ignore. Buckshot launched Gutta Fresh into the corporate eye and advertising field by landing Choclate studios a deal for a radio commercial with a local promotional company by the name of J.B. Promotions. Buckshot and T-Quap teamed up to create a 30 second hip hop track and voice over that served as the radio ad for the company. The song without a doubt demonstrated Quap's highly professional production, along with the exceptional vocals and writing of Buckshot. The commercial gained alot of attention on the air waves and landed Chocolate studios a 6 commercial contract at several local buisnesses. Today Buckshot continues to grow and test the limits of his vocals,flow,and lyrics as an artist on each and every song. Buckshot playfully admits to stretching the boundries of hip hop's everpresent auto tune, especially in the track entitled  "Im here Tonight", Buckshots somewhat overpowering backing track can be a little hard to handle at first listen, but all is relieved and finished smooth and tastefully in the end with an attention grabbing verse that provides much easier listening. Buckshot explains the track by saying " if your not havin fun makin your music...Why are you makin it?" Buckshot brings charisma and spirit to Gutta Fresh with a sound that truely completes the symphony. 

  Gutta to us means Ramen noodles three meals a day, its a big ass block of government cheese cause you cant afford the kraft, its sippin steel reserve while you smoke some regs your tryin to make last until friday, its making your vocal booth out matresses and blankets and hopin you can finish the track before that white truck rolls up and shuts off the power. It's livin on the bare minimum and turnin it into something thats fresh and new and live.
